[sakai-core-team] Jira project merges continues

It appears we have solved the issue that prevented us from moving 
projects into Sakai. That's what the Jira maintenance was for this morning.

I moved Polls into SAK this morning and deleted the Polls project.

Anthony had started working on the move of the Signup tool project. The 
most time consuming part is mapping the versions in the project to the 
versions in the SAK project. Once he is complete with the mapping, I'll 
do the move, unless he wants to. I'm taking prime on this, but I 
appreciate Anthony's help (if he has time). The historian in him seems 
to enjoy this activity :-) .

In addition to Signup tool, we will move Profile2, Roster2, Search and 
Sitestats into SAK.

I'm not going to move Kernel. Keep that separate.

I'm not sure about LSNBLDR and Samigo? I'm inclined to keep these 
separate for now. May partially depend on any new information from the 
Samigo team on how they would like to see the project managed. There is 
a meeting planned for first Tuesday in July, so pretty soon.

I don't know what Sakai Maven Archetypes and Sakai Maven Plugin projects 
are for?
