[Deploying Sakai] Sakai 2.9 and Redhat 6

At Wake Forest, for support reasons, we make it a policy to keep in sync
with what is supported by Redhat.  Redhat does not support tomcat 7.

Since tomcat 7 is a requirement for Sakai 2.9, has anyone else addressed
this issue?  Does anyone have the same concerns we do with running tomcat 7?

Can anyone tell me specifically what won't work in Sakai 2.9 using tomcat 6?
