[Deploying Sakai] ${sakai_html_head_css} in sakai pages

You need to upgrade the source code as well, since it looks like you've just copied the old deployment to the new tomcat. Depending on how many customisations you have, there are a few ways to go about this. How much has your Sakai system been modified?
