[Deploying Sakai] install MySQL server 5.1 on CentOs sever 6.2

thank you for the answer.
I want to install it on /opt/ because it's said so in the sakai
installation guide (with a manul installation), but I don't understand
exactly why (mayby because all the other components have a file in /opt/)
And concerning the PATH?
