[Deploying Sakai] install MySQL server 5.1 on CentOs sever 6.2

Never mind that directory, its just an example location.

For everything except Tomcat, use packages that are available for your system, so you can keep them up to date easier (eg Maven and Java). Do not use a package for Tomcat however.
