[Deploying Sakai] Problems with emails and 8-bit Header

Hi,

We are running 2.7.x version and have a problem with mails that goes out of Sakai. The problem is that in the header our Swedish characters Å,Ä and Ö is translated to something unreadable. Is there some kind of fix for this?
