[Deploying Sakai] Could not browse "Test & Quizzes in sakai 2.7.1

Dear all,

I tried to download and run sakai 2.7.1 from binary package. The

The "Test & Quizzes" has error:

org.sakaiproject.portal.api.PortalHandlerException:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find registered context for
tool with ID sakai.samigo
    at
org.sakaiproject.portal.charon.SkinnableCharonPortal.doGet(SkinnableCharonPortal.java:768)
caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to find registered
context for tool with ID sakai.samigo

org.sakaiproject.tool.impl.ActiveToolComponent$MyActiveTool.forward(ActiveToolComponent.java:497)

System information:
- Windows XP, JDK 1.6_04, Tomcat 5.5.30.

In sakai.properties is reffered from
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/config/branches/sakai-2.7.x/configuration/bundles/src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/config/bundle/default.sakai.properties

The sakai demo package has not this issues.

Is there anyone run the "Test & Quizzes" of  sakai 2.7.1?
