[Deploying Sakai] Sakai 2.7.1 New Installation

I have made the below changes and was able to build what I think is a
error free installation of 2.7.1. I then copied the
default.sakai.properties into /usr/share/tomcat5/sakai directory and
renamed it to sakai.properties where I made minimum changes to this file.

When I start tomcat I get many errors and now need to find out where I
need to look to correct these. As my journey continues I have been
making detailed notes in hopes that once I get done I will be able to
post these to help others.

I have deleted the catalina.out file and started tomcat5 to get a fresh
much shorted log file for people. Log file can be viewed at
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9209508/SakaiProject/catalina.out.log

I have been searching Past Mailing List Archives to try and resolve my
issue myself as I learn from trial and error but at this time, I have
not been able to find a solution.
