[Deploying Sakai] Tips on Creating Own Skin

As I work through migrating to Sakai my next question would be does
anyone have resources, tips, tricks posted somewhere on how to make a
skin for Sakai. I use a 3rd party application called Artisteer to create
my website skins and would like to take the output html/css files and
move it over to Sakai.

I am documenting this entire process and will post in my Sakai Workspace
once I figure out the skin task at hand.
