[Deploying Sakai] Initial set up

There is a listing of what institutions are running hardware / man hours
wise within the jira system maintained by the sakaiproject. Assuming some
update there info here would be a good place to get a feel of what
people are devoting to a sakai install.

In general its pretty simple to set up a pilot though, depending on how
familiar you are with your OS, DB, and stuff running in Tomcat .. 

I'm sure others will (hopefully) give more insight.
