[Deploying Sakai] Initial set up

Hi,

We are interested in using Sakai for our company. Would someone please let
me know how long does it take to set up an initial simple set up of Sakai?
What we are looking for is to initially set up and deploy a couple of
courses in a pilot stage along with implementing with the IT infrastructure.
I would like to have an idea of how many hrs/weeks does it take for this.
Your thoughts would be valuable!
