[Deploying Sakai] General Setup Question

Something related to the tcnative.dll version perhaps? [1] [2] I never had
any problems like this, though I don't think I'm using this library as it
really only is supposed to improve the performance of ssl in tomcat. I know
it can be weird if you're using the wrong connectors (64 bit or 32 bit) or
the wrong/old versions.
