[Deploying Sakai] I want to place sakai.properties outside my Web Server

Steve, Matthew,
Thanks a ton for your pointers folks. Making the change to the Java_Opts in
setenv.bat made it work for me. This makes life a lot easier for me as I
don't have to worry about loosing my settings with every Tomcat reinstall
anymore.
