Just a quick reminder to confirm when meetings are starting during this transition period when some of the community has switched to daylight savings time and some are still awaiting the switch.

Subject: Daylight Savings Time Coming Soon: Check your meeting times...

The switch to Daylight Savings Time (DST) is approaching. As we are a global community is important to note that not everyone switches to DST at the same time; therefore, you may need to make special accommodations in scheduling meetings where some of the participants have switched and some have not. This year most of North America will switch on 8 March 2009, whereas most of Europe will do so later, on 29 March 2009, and much of Australia will switch even later, on 5 April 2009.

There are a variety of websites that can help you figure out what the correct meeting times are for various localities. Here's one I have found useful:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html

They also have a nice table of when places will switch this time around:

http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst2009a.html

Note that Collab, which is running Sakai 2.5, suffers from SAK-15781, so if you're looking at the Sakai Conference Bridge schedule, then be careful of how you interpret meeting times between 9 March and 5 April! The times maybe an hour off for you...
