[Portfolio] iRubric for Sakai

I was looking at your standalone free rubric tool. It looks very nice.

One of the hurdles that users of the portfolio tools have is the ability to
create an XML Schema file that describes the fields of their forms. Your
tool could potentially export a schema (it does plenty of other things). If
it could export a rubric as an XSD file, we could potentially use it in
Sakai's forms tool.
