[Portfolio] Narrative of Portfolio Setup

Not only does it not reflect model pedagogy, it does not reflect model development! --As I say in the narrative itself, with some discomfiture (and apologies to my CS students).

I propose that, before it becomes public, I add:
1. Even more warnings that this is not the recommended professional approach, but only meant for those who want a test drive that hits all the bumps in the road.
2. A note that much of the work can be done with dispatch and quality by contractors (such as ThreeCanoes!), to be invited to identify themselves on the page.

After that, maybe Confluence. After that, maybe OpenEdPractices.

Even if it's not a "real" or "model" practice, it does seem like a
valuable example of how the technology can be used to support
practices. Maybe it's a resource then at OpenedPractices.org? Or maybe
we need to rethink the categories of what we offer on the site...

I was just talking yesterday with Jim Mezzanote about finding or
creating an introductory overview of portfolios tools and this seems
like a valuable entry in that genre.
