[Portfolio] 2.7.0: conversion scripts (OSP, metaobj)

Please review the 2.7.0 *.sql conversion scripts files for completeness with respect to OSP and metaobj.  Please add any scripts that are missing and note their addition on the QA list.

Adam Hocek of Marist is lead for the Db2 scripts.  Please cc him regarding any scripts that have yet to be added or are missing from the Db2 scripts.

Please review and update the conversion scripts by Friday, 7 May 2010.  This will allow us to cut a sakai-2.7.0 QA tag on that date that includes up-to-date conversion scripts.
