[Portfolio] Updated attachment posted to confluence

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience in reviewing the IU matrices enhancements today. An updated version of IU enhancements document (with page numbers) is now available as an attachment on Confluence.  The link to the document on the Portfolio (OSP) Meetings page has been updated and you can also access the doc directly at:
