[Portfolio] question re: deleting feedback and evaluation forms

Yes, I'm sorry. If you are on 2.5.x and do not have SAK-8638  
included, you will not be able to remove the feedback and evaluation  
items.

It is still possible to manage this behind the scenes, but that patch  
is a requirement to do it through the UI. It is included in 2.6.0.
