Hallo Erica, OSP-ers,

We're looking for examples of custom XSL rendering on OSP forms. Any
examples you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

The link to the example below no longer works. Could you send or post that
zip file again please ?

thanks,
Jim Doherty

  Brian,

Here is an export of a form that uses a custom renderer to display items in
two columns. If you unzip the file, you’ll find the schema in the top level
directory, and you’ll get to the xsl if you drill down through the “text”
directory. The quickest way to see what we’ve done in the file is to
download the formCreate.xsl file from the PortfolioAdmin site (Resources >
System) and do a diff.

Let me know if you have any questions.

By example, do you want to see the actual xsl, or more of a use case? I
don’t have any xsl, but some use cases might be that you want to display
multi selects differently (radio buttons vs drop downs vs checkboxes).
I think rsmart also developed something where it renders the form to look
like a matrix. That’s been a while and I don’t remember if they contributed
that to the community or not. It may have been for a specific customer and
they mentioned it in passing. I forget!
