[DG: Open Forum] Blackboard's Service Pack 8 User Interface - "The Ocho"

Blackboard is jumping on the light and blocky UI look with Service Pack 8 (The Ocho):

I have not seen it function - but it looks much prettier then previous versions/skins.   

I get the sense that ll these designs is being affect by the clean lines of Canvas.
