[WG: I18N & L10N] Translation of the tools names and theit description in SAKAI 10 Version

Hi, I know it,

it works with all other tools except roster and sign up.

For Sign Up there is no  property in this file.

The Roster was shown in Russian for about a half year before, but now not .

So I suppose it is a Bug.

Hi Igor,

The translation of name and description of these tool is in
/config/localization/bundles/src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/localization/bundle
/tool/tools.properties

If you want to translate these into Russian, you can translate it with file
/config/localization/bundles/src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/localization/bundle
/tool/tools_ru.properties

with the other languages (In Ru all the tools are not translated there).

I see this problem with the following tools:

Roster

Sign-up

You see, for this tools the name and description sre shown in English
