Hi, Jean-François.

As we are the only ones that are using basque translation (AFAIK), we
had planned to contribute the full 2.9 translation in the moment it were
complete, setting as time limit the next Summer.

After speaking with our Basque Translation Service, they say that it's
quite likely that it will not be complete for end of April.

However, in the last two years we have tuned in our production
environment a bunch of basque properties. I'm going to prepare a patch
with them and I will upload it ASAP.

As soon as our Translation Service manages to translate 2.8 & 2.9 new
properties (I think that there are about 2000 new properties since 2.7),
I will prioritize this subject.

Finally, if 2.9.2 is released, I will try to contribute the work done
until then.

Thanks.
Best regards.
