Hi everybody. I'm sorry for answering so late, I have been on holidays.

As it is said in that document, Public University of Navarra (UPNA)
maintains the basque translation of Sakai. Currently, our Basque
Translation Service is translating properties of 2.9 version, which we
will migrate to next summer.

When they finish (and we have looked over them) we plan to upload these
properties to this JIRA: https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22903
and Miguel Carro, from Samoo, will commit them to trunk.

Our data in readme_i18n.txt is OK. If you need more info, just tell me.

Best regards.
