Hi, Igor.
Translating wiki is quite difficult. The Prepopulate.properties file is
used only one time when wiki is created. It uses Tomcat's language, not
user's preferred (at least this happened three-four years ago, I don't
know if it has been fixed since then) and once is created, it doesn't
change after.
For translating the already created pages, you must do it directly in
database, AFAIK. If you need it, I think I still have some documentation
with queries of the time we did it here.

"aunque funcione de pena", "aunque podría ser mucho mejor con muy poco
