[WG: I18N & L10N] Sakai german translation

Hi all,

We are working on the German translation of SAKAI.

What is with WiKi?

We have translated file PrepopulatePages.properties in
\rwiki\rwiki-tool\tool\src\bundle\uk\ac\cam\caret\sakai\rwiki\tool

But we still have the English texts when we open the tool.

Can you help us?
