Jean-Francois and Dooremont,

I have resolved the issue.

Now, you can download my eclipse's workspace for fr_FR from

  http://bit.ly/zGaRtm

and launch your eclipse (with Benten plug-ins) by using this
workspace.

French XLIFF files have been already translated by using Benten's
Exact-Match and Fuzzy-Match with French Translation Memory that I
generated using the current fr_FR.properties in trunk.

The translation unit that has green bg color is OK, but yellow bg
color indicates that you need to fix inconsistent translations.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Enjoy!
