[WG: I18N & L10N] benten configuration

Dear Shoji,
thanks a lot for the informations.
I'm interesting by a Perl script.
Nevertheless, I have in my Eclipse project  a TMX file but I think that the software do not support it.
Can you give me the procedure to use to translate the properties files of Sakai with Benten.
