[gradebook2-dev] update export string on gradebook2

I'm very sorry for the long delay in responding to this, Ruiling.

There may be some remedies depending on your architecture... We use apache
as a front end to our tomcat servers and so address caching in
configuration files there.

Take a look at https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/GRBK-718 to see what
how we adjusted our settings in apache for various gwt js files that are
meant or not meant to be cached.

But, the war/gradebook directory should be cleaned if you rebuilt the tool.
Did you do that, or are you trying to make these changes after it is
deployed into tomcat?
