[gradebook2-dev] v1.9.1 release

Hi Gb2 dev,

We just installed 1.9.1 on our 2.9.x sakai instance, and found out that the
GB2 is not loading in IE10. It works fine on FF, Chrome and IE11. The gb2
1.8.1 was working on IE10. Are you aware of this issue? I wonder whether
there is a quick fix without asking our users to upgrade to IE11.
