[gradebook2-dev] Web Services

The web services out there are GB1 web services and GB2 differs from
GB1 in many ways.  However, I don't think it will work if you use GB2,
because GB2 never stores the final grade and is calculated by code in
the component service which I don't think is available for injection
or by cover.

The method we have implemented for communication is a push from GB2 to
whatever service you have via the Institutional Advisor.  See
