[gradebook2-dev] gradebook2 v1.2.1

We are in the process of creating a new v1.2.1 release tag. This version
will fix GRBK-740. Right now, we are setting up a gradebook2 test instance
where we can "officially" verify this bug. Also, one institution is already
running this fix against their v1.2.0 in production.
