[gradebook2-dev] Gradebook 2 Install

Thanks, I was able to get it installed and working on 2.7.1 this morning with no issues.
 
I did end up having to comment out that ant line again in gradebook2/server/pom.xml 
other than that, worked great.

We're doing a 2.7.1 upgrade today and I wanted to verify which version I should install.
I see 1.3.0-rc1 / rc2 / rc3 and 1.3.0 (with no version after that)
I'm guessing I should use the flat out 1.3.0, correct ?
