[Contrib: Evaluation System] Consolidated Email Notifications Problems

I'd like to participate in this call to represent Berkeley but all the times suggested are 6:00 am for me.  Can we add some more reasonable options for us West coasters :).  

In fact, I've had on my list to schedule a community call to discuss the 1.5 release since I volunteered to lead the next release at the conference.  I'm not sure what all it entails but assume it starts with a conversation.
