[Contrib: Evaluation System] "Evaluations I am creating or administering" behaviour

Hi everybody.

If we have a closed survey, we can't see it in the "Evaluations I am 
creating or administering" table. This is fine for us.

However, if we re-open that survey (no matter which due date we set) and 
we close it again, the survey is shown in the "Evaluations I am creating 
or administering" table and we are not able to remove it from there.

I wonder if this is the expected behaviour or if it is a bug. And, in 
this case, if some patch has been done for it. I have searched JIRA but 
I haven't found nothing.

We are using Evaluation System 1.3.0 over Sakai 2.7.1.
