[Contrib: Evaluation System] Reminder setting gone from evaluation_settings

My comments had to do with the email settings page in the admin interface.  On second look, it looks to me like Rick may be referring to the authoring pages for individual evals.  I cannot speak to that.  But if there is a problem, please create a JIRA ticket.  You might want to add screenshots from your current UI and the 1.4.x test server.
