[Contrib: Evaluation System] Reminder setting gone from evaluation_settings

I believe that is what he is referring to.

Since 1.0 there was a way to set the reminder frequency for each
evaluation. That setting is now gone in trunk. I am not sure when it
went away myself as I have not been watching but it concerns greatly
me that functionality has disappeared.
