[Contrib: Evaluation System] Is there a way to hide the "export takers" link from instructors?

Hi there,

Once we allow instructors to view results can we hide the export  
takers link from them?  I don't see an obvious config setting for this.

Note:  I can't get to results as an instructor right now so I'm  
guessing there's a chance that instructors never see this link.
