[Contrib: Evaluation System] Can't get to results as an instructor - Help please!

Hi all,

I have the config setting turned on to allow instructors to see  
results but I can't figure out how to get to them as instructor.  When  
I'm an admin I have a "View report" link in the status of evals with  
results available (see 1st screen shot).  As an instructor, I only see  
static text "Responses viewable" in the status.  Am I missing  
something or is there a bug?
