[Contrib: Evaluation System] Does anyone hold evaluation results until after grades are submitted...

and if so, how?

We can't find a way to set results sharing to a particular date.  It looks like it is either based on the number of responses and/or when the evaluation closes.  Our evals will close before grades are submitted so we need a separate setting.  

Please tell me we are just overlooking a setting.
