[Contrib: Evaluation System] Evalustions commit rights for Marc Savitsky

Dear Beth,

I've this week been asked to merge some new features into Evaluations 
1.4.  There was no problem when checking out a version of trunk to work 
with, but I don't think that I have the necessary access to make commits.
