[Contrib: Evaluation System] Evaluations 1.4 Release Planning

I'd like to schedule a t-con to discuss release planning for the Evaluations 1.4 release. Adam's team will be trying to merge their features by the end of this week, so I'd like to have a call next week to discuss next steps. Please let me know your availability by end of day Thursday this week.
