[Contrib: Evaluation System] Eval Sys questions about hierarchy

Hello all,



Indiana University is starting to revisit the Eval System.  Adam Marshall was kind enough to help me get started but I thought I might ask this of the community as a whole.  When looking at the admin hierarchy screen - after adding a school and department,

I have tried to click on both the "assign groups" and "assign users" link.  When doing so, I receive this error:

Is there a setting that I have missed and is it necessary to include the admin user in all classes?



Any help would be appreciated.
