[Contrib: Evaluation System] Notifications "from" address

Hi
 
Does anyone know why the code for allowing email notifications to have the eval owner's email address is commented out? I couldn't get through to the associated Jira sitting at: https://bugs.caret.cam.ac.uk/browse/CTL-1525
 
The lines in question are: 501 to 511 of EvaluationSettingsProducer.java
 
Current behavior is: emails are sent from a single address or sakai admin address.
