Different versions but more important different tool behavior.

>I do not have a check next to the Enable single email per student setting

so email will go into the SCHEDULER_DELAYED_INVOCATION table, where the INVOCATION_TIME is checked to see when email should be sent.  You can update that field using SQL.  I think the tool adjusts these values based on evaluation changes but I need to review the code.  It's been a while since I've look at the non-U-M email code.

We may be using different versions -- the field I'm referring to exists in our branch under Administrate -> Control Email Settings.

Failing that, you might also be able to look in the EVAL_CONFIG table to see what the value is for Next Reminder.

 If that date isn't in the past when the job runs, then email won't be sent (just because the job runs, doesn't mean email is sent, the Next Reminder date also has to qualify).
