[Contrib: Evaluation System] Reminder Email not being sent out with large group

We may be using different versions -- the field I'm referring to  
exists in our branch under Administrate -> Control Email Settings.

Failing that, you might also be able to look in the EVAL_CONFIG table  
to see what the value is for Next Reminder.
