Thanks.  I did create a JIRA (EVALSYS-777) and have reassigned it to  
Lovemore.  Perhaps related or not?  I cannot save a new item using  
Safari on the Macintosh.  I've created a JIRA (EVALSYS-776) for that  
one too and it got assigned to Aaron as the default.
