[Contrib: Evaluation System] Stable version to deploy

Hello,

We've currently running Evaluation 1.2.1 here at Oxford and are
looking todo a more formal pilot of the tool next term. From looking
at the commits there seems to have been quite a bit of work on the
tool recently but there doesn't seem to have been another stable
release.

There aren't any major problems we are wanting fix, but there are a
few little niggles (references to local deployments) that would be
nice to see gone.
