I don't know if there exists any Greek translation, so if you're interested in translating it to Greek you should contact the folks on the sakai-i18n mailing list.

Besides that, if you're completely new to Sakai and have no urging time constraints, you could wait or participate in the Sakai 3 Open Academic Environment development which is scheduled for release this year.

i an extremely new about sakai 3 project , i m gonna install - build 
sakai 3 for my university aupth.gr
