[DG: Euro Sakai] new in Sakai from Greece

Hello from Greece ,

i an extremely new about sakai 3 project , i m gonna install - build 
sakai 3 for my university aupth.gr
and i want to ask to give me some directions were to first start 
(building a server and after building sakai)
and also how can i change the default language to translate it to Greek.

i am bit confused about the way of the proceed of the installation i ll 
appreciate to tell me some easy steps for
the beginning .
